Introduction
If you want to cancel services or request a refund for unused balance, you must first deactivate all active services on your Gcore account and then contact Support. Once all services are deactivated, our Support team will review your request and process the refund according to the remaining balance on your account.
How to cancel services and deactivate all services on your account
Before a refund can be issued, all services linked to the account must be deactivated. This includes any active products, subscriptions, or resources that are still running.
Sign in to your Gcore account.
Open the section where your active services are listed.
Deactivate each active service one by one.
Make sure there are no remaining active services on the account.
Check that all services have been fully stopped or canceled before submitting your refund request.
How to request a refund for unused balance
After you deactivate all services, contact Gcore Support and request a refund for the unused balance on your account.
Confirm that no active services remain on the account.
Submit a request to Support asking for a refund of the unused balance.
Include your account details and any relevant information that may help Support process the request.
What determines the refund amount
The refund amount is based on the remaining balance in your account after deducting the cost of any active services. If there are active services at the time of review, their charges will be subtracted from the available balance before the refund is calculated.
What to expect after submitting your request
Support will review your account to confirm that all services have been deactivated.
If everything is in order, Support will process the refund based on the unused balance available.
If any active services remain, you may need to deactivate them before the refund can be completed.
Additional information
If you are unsure whether all services have been deactivated, or if you need help identifying active services on your account, contact Gcore Support before submitting your refund request.
