An invoice is a document that contains your expenses — all transactions made to pay for the Gcore products and services you used during a given month.
An invoice does not include payments — transactions made to recharge your account.
Invoices for a given month are issued and sent via email by the 10th of the following month (for example, the invoice for June will be sent by July 10). If you do not receive your invoice by the 10th, please check your Spam folder. If you use the Gcore Customer Portal, you can also download the invoice.

Gcore Customer Portal (services: AI, CDN, Cloud, Streaming, WAAP, DDoS Protection, Edge Proxy, Object Storage, Managed DNS, FastEdge)
Invoice example:
To see the list of your invoices in the Gcore Customer Portal, go to Profile → Billing → Invoices.
You can view the issuance date, total amount, and invoice status.
Click the Download PDF button to save a copy of the invoice.
Gcore Hosting Platform (services: VPS, DS)
Invoice example:
In the Gcore Hosting Platform, you cannot download invoices, but you can view your expenses. To do so, go to Billing → Expenses.
