We recommend clearing the cache and cookies for the entire browser, then restarting your computer.

Some third-party extensions may cause problems with the camera and microphone on some websites.
To make sure that extensions don't block meet.gcore.com access to the camera and microphone:
- Open meet.gcore.com in the incognito mode or in private browsing.
- If meet.gcore.com 1 works properly, issues with the camera or the microphone were caused by one of the installed expansion.
Please, note! Unfortunately, there is no way to quickly determine the extension.
We recommend disabling each of the installed extensions one by one to determine which one is causing issues.
Pay attention to the firewall settings
Some browsers cannot connect through strict networks/firewalls. If you encounter this, try using a different browser.
Please, note! Currently, Firefox doesn't support connections through very strict firewalls, so if you're in a corporate network, use Chrome or Opera browsers.
