We'd like to inform you that we're going to change the terms of supporting Basic VM. The service itself will work as before without any changes from this point of view. However, we're changing the terms of support to it.
Before, we provided full scope 24/7 technical support for all Basic VM related cases. Starting from today (July 2, 2024) we're going to provide support to it only via email/tickets and only during Monday-Friday business hours (8 AM - 5 PM UTC +2 timezone).
